Co‑designed and implemented weekly drop‑in hours and a care‑package station at the Salus Center to expand access to personal care, health, and legal resources for LGBTQIA+ community members. Developed volunteer engagement models, training tools, and ethics‑of‑care guidelines to strengthen safer‑space practice and improve service delivery.
Conducted a comprehensive needs‑assessment study and designed, implemented, and managed the Baby Heroes Africa Siza Ngothando Psychosocial Support Initiative across three hospitals in Zimbabwe. Developed and facilitated support groups, SRHR workshops, and case‑management systems to strengthen maternal and neonatal wellbeing and improve continuity of care.
Founded the Lub’elihle Foundation to support adolescent girls and young women. Designed and coordinated a holistic wellness program grounded in the Head, Heart, Hands, and Health model. Facilitated life‑skills workshops and camps, support groups, and multiple SRHR awareness sessions to strengthen psychosocial wellbeing, agency, health literacy and career‑guidance.
Designed and Implemented life‑skills workshops for Grade 8–12 learners at Dominican Convent School, integrating wellness, personal development, academic support, career guidance and transitioning to college/university components
Facilitated systemic counselling, support groups, and capacity‑development workshops for over 300 survivors of child sexual abuse and their caregivers at Contact Family Counseling Center. Coordinated the “Give a Voice” child sexual abuse awareness program across schools, day care centers and communities.
